I was stupid and I think I didnt do something well while I was trying to root my LG G3 d852. Its currently stuck at 0% on the firmware update page. Jan 31, 2017 - We use LG GPad's with Android 8.0 here at the office for certain. In the devices a message popped up stating ' Firmware Update Do not.

A month or two ago I rooted my LG G3 D855 on android 5.0. It was working fine for a while but then my phone displayed a new software update. I ran the update from my phone but after rebooting it displayed the message 'This device is suspected in rooting. Software update is not available for rooted device'.

I then unrooted my phone and tried again, the exact same thing happened, however. I decided to try and update my phone from the LG PC Suite, I ran the update and the phone appeared to be doing something but then after a while stuck at 0% on the firmware update screen, LG PC Suite said 'Cannot continue upgrading disconnect usb cable and battery and retry' So I did that and it still didn't work. My Phone will no longer boot and will only display the Firmware update screen, which is still stuck at 0%. I also had this problem on the same model. And from the other comment worked for me, but I had some hiccups with the LGFlashTool program, so I am leaving this comment in case anybody else finds this thread and has the same problems. Upon first run of LGFlashTool, a window appeared titled 'DBMS' with four options to select from, including '?????

(Korea factory)'. I just selected the 'Korea factory' option. At the 'unplug cable, wait 3 seconds, plug cable in' step, LGFlashTool did not do anything. I am running Windows 8.1, and found a comment that this might be related to driver signature enforcement, so. I don't know if it was this that fixed the problem, or if it was merely that I restarted the computer as part of that process, but either way, LGFlashTool flashed the stock firmware as per the guide after that.
